| Dr. Mike Phillips has been providing vision care services in
the North Dallas / Plano area since 1984. His educational
background includes degrees from Lubbock Christian University,
University of Houston College of Optometry and Illinois College of
Optometry. As co-founder and past president of Primary Eye
Care, Dr. Phillips oversaw the provision of vision care services to
clients in approximately 55 offices throughout the state for more
than a decade. After selling his interest in Primary Eye
Care in 2000, he returned to full time practice in Plano.
Dr. Phillips' new office,
EYE+CLINIC, is located next to Macy's on the lower level of Collin
Creek Mall. Approach the mall on the east side, facing Central
Expressway ( Hwy. 75) and enter the mall between Macy's and
Jakes. Our office provides vision care services to patients of
all ages, from infant to elderly. Certified as a therapeutic
optometrist, Dr. Phillips treats vision care problems ranging from
simple refractive errors to more serious ocular infections and
diseases. He also provides consultation services for a full
range of refractive and therapeutic surgeries. No matter
